Insurance and Billing
We accept any PPO plans (Preferred Provider Option) with Out-of-Network benefits. For most plans the percentage of coverage for in-network versus out-of-network is usually the same.We will gladly perform a complimentary/courtesy benefits check for you once you have scheduled and appointment.
We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, DMO, or Discount Plans.
**Please Note: For some insurance plans, we will submit the claim to insurance for your reimbursement, but you will need to pay 100% upfront for your appointment. Please keep in mind that there are thousands of different insurance plans with different stipulations for services. We check on your insurance coverage and submit your benefits on your behalf as a courtesy. You are still responsible for understanding and knowing your benefits.

We accept cash, all major credit cards, and personal checks.
Financing Options
We provide financing through third-party financing companies. We offer Sunbit installment loans. Prequalification is available at the link below. Even if you have been prequalified, you must come into the office for final steps in the process. You must bring a valid driver’s license as well as a debit card. Sunbit does not allow monthly payments to be withdrawn from a credit card.
